My Story
For years I felt like I was 2 people, the successful corporate professional, making it in a man’s world, and the curious, quirky and sometimes confused young girl, on an adventure to find out who I am, what I am here for. Coaching brought me back to myself, made me at ease with all the parts of myself – the driven, analytical person and the warm, cheeky woman. If you want to see the LinkedIn version of me, the CV type ‘success’, then have a nosey around my LinkedIn profile, it’s all true, no embellishments, however it won’t show you the work failures and personal tragedies, the burnout, and the emotional suffering behind it. Those are the things that pushed me to seek out healthier and happier ways of living and working. That lovely duality of who I am, explains why I have qualified in both Accountancy and Reiki energy healing, work as a CEO and trained in yoga and mindfulness; I am not one or the other. I bring this breadth of who I am, how I have lived and worked into my skills as coach.I am a qualified coach with 10 years experience. I hold a Masters in Personal and Management Coaching from UCC, and am accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.This photo shows that these days I am unafraid to show up as the real me!
